- If service is cancelled after fewer than 180 days of use, the normal price (KRW 33,000) shall be charged every 30 days.
※ Please send the USIM after order form has been prepared and payment has been made.
※ If only the USIM arrives first, a copy of the ID will be requested and it will be returned to the indicated address or it will be disposed after 15 days of storage.
※ After ‘Service setting’, the Operation System (OS) of the smart phone cannot be changed. (It can be changed before ‘Service setting’.)
※ All problems arising from the specification of mobile phone terminal and poor setting by the user shall not be subject to refund.
※ Payment can only be made in PC for automatic credit card payment if the days of visit exceed 30 days. Please connect using the PC for payment.
※ Call plan will be applied depending on the days of visit calculated with the service start date and service end date.
※ Payment amount is calculated by comparing the usage period and days of visit of the call plan concerned.

- Todos Dialer APP provides conversation-type of list window which is not classified into inbox and outbox.
- Due to the characteristics of the APP, you must be logged in to send and receive texts and only complete form of Korean characters is supported. (MMS and emoji cannot be received)
- Text option menu (Re-send, individual deletion etc.) is expected to be provided through future APP s.
※ Information on error in USIM recognition
- Todos service is only provided for USIM cards that have been registered in a normal way.
- Device change will occur in USIM card that has been purchased to use Todos service and at this point, the telco company may restrict functions.
- Moreover, for those staying overseas for a long period of time, you may not be able to receive normal Todos service if the phone bill in Korea is not paid accordingly.
- In case of the abovementioned items, you have to contact the telco company of the USIM card personally as we are unable to process errors in USIM card recognition. Please be noted when using the service.
※ In case cancellation is made before the usage start date after order and payment have been made, 100% refund can be made. (※ In case of refund, a transfer commission of KRW 500 will be charged if your transaction bank is not KEB Hana Bank.)
※ Service commences on the date the request has been made (based on usage start date) so in case you want a refund on the day of service commencement, only 50% of the total amount can be refunded. (Return shipping cost of USIM not included)
※ Refund is impossible if application is made on the day of service.
※ Refund due to local complaint cannot exceed the purchase amount in any case whatsoever. (Roaming cost, local USIM purchase cost, transportation cost, compensation for damage etc.)
※ In case it couldn’t be used during servicing and use locally, the refund amount will be calculated after discussion through USIM test carried out by our company.
※ Refund due to poor setting by the user, insufficient mobile phone specification, local telco company’s circumstances (inspection, natural disaster etc.) cannot be made.
※ Additional services such as prevention of small-sum payment before use are solely the responsibility of the user.
※ In case service cannot be used due to inspection of local telco company and other reasons and in case there is no Internet connection, BC&///M shall not be responsible for refund.
※ If service is cancelled after fewer than 6 months of use, the normal price (KRW 33,000) shall be charged every 30 days.
※ In principle application for return of USIM can be made after the service end date.
※ The remaining service usage cost must be paid in full or the difference in the discounted amount should be paid for USIM to be returned and service will end.
※ After application for return of USIM, shipping will be made through cvsnet convenient store courier service.
※ Shipping cost is divided into same region (Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi)/other regions/Jeju region. (Same region: KRW 2,600, Other region: KRW 3,100, Jeju region: KRW 5,800)
※ Shipping will be made consecutively based on the applications that have been paid.
※ If application for return of USIM is made before 14:00, it will be shipped on the same but and for applications made after, shipping will be made on the following day.
※ Shipping will take about 1~2 days (excluding Public holiday) and it can be collected if visit is made to the Customer Service Center.
※ If application for return of USIM is not made, it will be stored for +15 days after usage end date then USIM will be disposed. (Applicable from February 19, 2020 as of the usage start date)
