※ How to prepare order form for the device
- Select and enter the order quantity, recipient, contact details of recipient and shipping request.
- Please insert the shipping address accurately. (You need to agree to the collection of shipping address.)
- You need to pay the total amount of device cost + shipping cost (Incl. V.A.T.)
※ After receiving Todos Home device, place it in the desired area and connect the Internet cable and power.
※ Place the micro adapter to the USIM that has been activated by the telco company and entered in the Todos Home Service Order Form. (SKT, KT)
※ Insert this USIM into the USIM slot of the Todos Home device before departure.
※ After downloading the Todos Home APP (Android, iOS) on your mobile phone, log in.
※ For details on use of APP, please check the Usage Guide (APP) within Todos Home page.
※ When visiting overseas, purchasing the overseas USIM (mainly data) for use would enable smoother Internet connection for APP use.
(In certain cases, voice call quality may be degraded in countries and regions with poor Wi-Fi quality.)
※ Precautions when using Todos Home APP
- Galaxy S7 model and above is recommended for Android terminals and iPhone 6 model and above are recommended.
- Alarm setting (APP push) of the Todos Home APP is compulsory. (Changes have been made so that telephone calls can be received through APP push according to Google Play and App Store policy.)
- Keypad during a call (Dial pad activation such as ARS) ? Todos Home APP: Can be used in iOS version (1.0) and above , Android version (1.0) and above. Telephone calls and SMS may not be sent in the APP in case of error in Todos Home device.

- Service would be unavailable if the Internet connection of the Todos Home device isn’t normal. Please contact the Internet provider.
- When using fixed IP, please amend and save it in the Todos Home Web Setting page for use.
- The Todos home device is a device exclusively for SIM that uses SKT and KT carriers, and it is not possible to use SIMs from U+ carriers.
- When the Todos home device is initially installed, the device is automatically registered in the communication network through the user's SIM. For this reason, equipment that has been installed after purchase cannot be returned.
